1. Record for all phone set serial number..( fail, no time to do so )
2. Reply HMB email queries
3. Check with ESI for possible call flow arrangement
4. Check strange incoming traffic . It is caused by new catalog data feed for KR team product data and inventory data.
5. Fix voice recording issue .. u-law recording is needed and have to use mono voice recording . Need to re-record everything again .
