2011/11/24 Daily tasks
1. Continue to work with Pacnet for packetloss issue, we find that there are 8% of packet loss which may be caused by unknown outage at about 20:00 to 20:20 HKT last night
2. General user support and check TaoBao store new promotion possibility

Alcatel Voice Mail - Voice File location
1. Login as root
2. password lx
3. go to /opt/Alcatel-Lucent/Data/automated_attendant/YA/
4. Welcome-All2.wav is the general welcome message
5. EN-SiteSelection is the second level of voice manual
AA Update
1. Login to GUI of voice mail
2. go to the AA to change it
3. or you can download the xml and edit it by xml text editor and upload it
4. after updated, you have to stop and start the service to make it effective.
Remark
1. Replace by new voice file with format a-law 8000Hz, 16 bit , mon sound
2. Change file permission to 755 after uploaded

1. Continue to work on finding out the reason about why some product cannot be upload to taobao .. 597/738 needs to be republished to see if the sub-details is ok to show in product or not .. 160/738 of them need to be enable and see if there is any other problem .
2. Confirm with Wing that paypay and global collect do have less error.

1. Upgrade to 24 Mbps , packet loss is less but still has connection time out
2. Found out that Alex do not set Vlan for different subnet after replacing a new switch which may cause the connection issue
3. roll back to use the old switch
4. Start to find out why there are so many product which cannot be uploaded to taobao
5. Create new email alias for Erina
6. Verify order with Roctec sale and wait for server delivery date

3. upgrade pacnet from 22 to 24Mbps

5. Receive 7 x data collector from New Tech and wait for BE team to tell how many to be installed, one of them will be shipped to US store.
