2. password lx
3. go to /opt/Alcatel-Lucent/Data/automated_attendant/YA/
4. Welcome-All2.wav is the general welcome message
5. EN-SiteSelection is the second level of voice manual

AA Update
1. Login to GUI of voice mail
2. go to the AA to change it
3. or you can download the xml and edit it by xml text editor and upload it
4. after updated, you have to stop and start the service to make it effective.

Remark
1. Replace by new voice file with format a-law 8000Hz, 16 bit , mon sound
2. Change file permission to 755 after uploaded

Alcatel Move Phone location

1. dial *1357
2. enter password as 0xxx
3. off hook the phone and move to new location and connect
4. dial extension to login

P.S. press down x 4 + Ok to display name and press down once to display phone ext.

Alcatel add new extension

1. Ask ESI to configuration free extension range if there is no spare extension
2. use 4760i to update username and display name and phone model
3. use voicemail admin to create voice mail account ( setup password to 1xxx )
4. connect the user phone port to phone system by black cable
5. dial the extension by phone to login
6. login voice mail by 1xxx and configure empty greeting and reset voice mail password to 0xxx

1. Connect Power
2. Press i + # in step 2 for setup manual
3. Input IP address, Subnet, gateway,
4. For TFTP1, input the phone system IP.
5. Save and exit
6. After reboot, it should be working like a digital phone.
